The hotel's "bienvenue vélo" bike-friendly label was a plus, as we love exploring the area on two wheels. As an avid beer enthusiast and travel writer, the option to bring my family to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere like Piano 2 was a great find.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our requests for an extra cot and adjacent rooms were met seamlessly. The owner's warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Despite the room being on the smaller side, the comfort of the large bed and the well-equipped kitchenette made up for it, catering perfectly to our family's needs.The convenience of free and speedy wifi, along with a delicious breakfast spread, added to the overall positive experience. With excellent amenities and a family-friendly vibe, Piano 2 is a fantastic choice for families exploring Louvain-La-Neuve.
